My Bach Flower consultation begins with a conversation in which you tell me what you are struggling with or up against. This conversation can take place via email or another appropriate online communication medium.
Based on your information I compose an advice and create a Bach Flower remedy especially for you. We then discuss together whether this advice is a good fit for you and meets your needs.
If you agree, I prepare the remedy and send it in a bottle through the mail after payment is made.
After about a month, we schedule a follow-up consultation where you can tell me how things are going and if we should consider any adjustments to the remedy.
